Audio visual services at the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre

The conference rooms at the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre come equipped with state of the art audio visual systems. So you do not have to worry about costly audio visual equipment hire and setup, the price of our systems is already included in your room hire and we have an audio visual expert on hand to provide you with assistance and help you get your AV presentations running smoothly.

Depending on your requirements and the size of your group, we have two rooms with different HD projectors available, including a wide screen projector, as well as two rooms with LCD screens with stereo sound and PC connections. All of our conference and meeting rooms have KEF audio systems for surround sound so that all of your delegates can see and hear the presentations clearly. The Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre is also equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the building as well as a secure PC to PC network and access to Sky so your delegates are able to keep in touch with the office and remotely access whatever files they might need. By hiring a room at the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre, you will automatically have access to top-notch audio visual equipment to make your presentations exciting and dynamic and your delegates will be able to stay in touch with the office.

In addition, we have two plasma screens in the foyer which you can use to broadcast a corporate welcome to your guests. This makes for a great first impression and can set the tone for a productive and memorable day.
