The Callaway Suite on the first floor has its own private bar, stage area and dance floor with a superb integrated sound system. Include a large private balcony overlooking the short game area and it makes the ideal room for your wedding reception.

The Mizuno Suite has lovely views of the golf range and golf course. With subdued lighting and an integrated surround sound system, it is well-suited for smaller wedding parties or wedding receptions.

We can cater for 20 to 120 guests and have three specially designed wedding venue packages to choose from. Alternatively you can create your own individual package with a bespoke menu.

When you choose the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre as your wedding venue, we will not only host your wedding breakfast or reception, we will help you plan the finer details as well, taking some of the pressure off you.

If you have over 65 guests and go for any of the three wedding packages, the whole of the 1st floor is inclusive in the cost per person. 

Getting the whole of the 1st floor means that along with the Callaway Suite for the main event, you also get the Mizuno suite and the Kef Suite.

The Mizuno suite overlooks the golf range and makes an ideal kids party room. It features a HD 106" cinema screen, surround sound, Wii console and can cater for up to 50 people.

Most wedding parties usethe MizunoSuite as a kids party room. With round tables, their own menu and movies and Wii games to keep them occupied on your special day, it means that the children don't get bored and have as much fun as you do!

The KEF Suite becomes a Green room and your private escape from the guests. it is somewhere to relax, change and put any valuables. Having the whole of the 1st floor also means that only your guests are allowed upstairs giving you complete peace of mind with the children.

So whether you are planning a conference, product launch, training seminar, board meeting, reception, Christmas or private dinner party or attending one of our superb monthly cabaret evenings, The Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre guarantees a venue to match the occasion.

Flowers

We have a special arrangement with the Flower Bar in St. Ives and can arrange all your wedding flowers from the bridal bouquet to button holes to elaborate displays, whilst negotiating discounts. Floral displays are included for the tables with our silver and gold packages.

Bands and discos

We will be happy to book your after-dinner entertainment from a disco to live entertainment. We have contacts in the entertainment business and can arrange for a live band, singer, or tribute band. Our music and dance coordinator will help you make your selection.

At the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre, we have a dedicated team who are passionate about making your wedding day very special. You will meet Darren, our award-winning Head Chef, who will talk you through the wedding menu options and Teresa and Jackie, who will help you plan the big day. They will also be on hand throughout the reception to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
