Steve Lacey from Adnams will be taking you through a selection of thirteen Mediterranean wines including a sparkling reception on arrival. The evening starts at 7pm and goes onto 11pm. Darren will be designing a five course menu with a Mediterranean theme featuring some of the best dishes from Italy & France. We don't believe in pre-prepared microwave meals and therefore all our dishes are freshly prepared to order. This means that service takes a little longer, but the end result is definitely worth the wait.
Our fish for example is delivered daily and the blackboard specials allow Darren, our head chef to create lots of delicious dishes for fish lovers to enjoy at very reasonable prices. Click here to see some examples

When designing the Abbots Restaurant and Bar, we created one of the warmest, family-friendly restaurants in the Cambridge area, featuring lots of private seating and views of the surrounding Cambridgeshire countryside.
We take great care when choosing our suppliers so that we can bring you the freshest seasonal ingredients travelling the fewest food miles to our kitchen in Huntingdon. All of our suppliers are local and sell food of the highest quality.
In the summer, you can dine on the patio that overlooks the short game area and enjoy unspoiled views of the Cambridgeshire countryside, whilst indulging in food from our superb restaurant or bar menu.
On Saturday and Sunday morning, we offer a full English or continental breakfast from 10am to get you started before a day of golfing and on Sunday from 12 to 4pm, we offer a fabulous Sunday Roast, allowing the family to enjoy a scrumptious Sunday roast from one of the best restaurants in Cambridgeshire.

With its golfers’ snug, recessed leather seating and Sky Sports in HD, Abbots sports bar is the perfect location to enjoy a lively drink with your friends, watch Sky or Setanta Sports or relax in the quiet snug. You can even get a drink to take onto the golf range or sit outside on the patio which overlooks our new floodlit short game area.
Whatever you choose to do, the Abbots Restaurant and Bar is the perfect blend of atmosphere, service and fabulous food.
Private Dinner Parties
The Abbots restaurant is probably the best restaurant in the area for private parties. From 25 to 60 people, we can provide you with the whole restaurant and your very own menu.

The Abbots restaurant is a beautiful setting with its raised sections and patio doors overlooking the patio, short game area and surrounding countryside.
Layout can be round tables, a T shape, boardroom or normal rectangular tables. Balloons and your very own music choice is available and Head Chef Darren Marchant will design you your very own menu to meet your budget or include your favourite dishes.
