On entering the foyer, you can greet your customers or staff with plasma screens and surround sound playing a company advert, displaying your products or showing a specially-prepared audio visual presentation to welcome guests to the exhibition or product launch.

Exhibition services

To start your product exhibition, you can build eye-catching corporate displays in our spacious foyer, backed up by audio and visual support to create that important first impression. Then using your choice of four rooms or the whole of the first floor, you can feature different products in their own private room, each with audio and visual support.

For that extra bit of product marketing, we can even change the name of the suite to your company, making it feel more personal. For example, the Callaway Suite could be renamed the Nike Suite should Nike choose to use that room for a product launch!

As part of our exhibition services, you can make use of the upstairs bar or we can provide catering in any room. With a full-service exhibition venue, complete with balconies overlooking the golf course and the Cambridgeshire countryside for views you cannot get in a city centre location, the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre is a great place to hold a memorable event, all within close proximity to Cambridge and Peterborough and the M1.
