Ideally located in the countryside between Cambridge and Peterborough with easy access and free parking, the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre takes some beating. We are happy to design your very own menu and work within your budget requirements. 

We understand that everyone has different needs. That is why we don't specify what you have to eat or indeed spend. We are happy to offer options and ideas, but at the end of the day, its your event, so you decide.

For private dining, you have a choice of The Callaway suite for 50 -120 people or the Abbots Restaurant & bar downstairs for 25-60 people on the ground floor.

Callaway Suite

Private dining & parties for 50 -120 people.  The Callaway suite is now recognised as "probably" the best venue in the area. It is the kind of room that as soon as you walk in, it feels perfect. Whether a party for 50 or 150 people, its flexible space and low ceilings make it the perfect venue.

The Callaway room hire includes

• large private bar off the main room but still part of the room, keeping everyone together
• Stage area for the band, disco or singers
• large private balcony overlooking the short game area and with its own spiral staircase
• Climate controlled throughout
• Built in wireless microphones for those all important thank you speeches
• Built in HD projector and surround sound for surprise presentations
• Walls can be blu-tacted allowing you to theme the room for your celebration

Abbots Suite/Restaurant & Bar

Private dining & parties for 25 -60 people. The Abbots restaurant is a stunning room with lit columns, raised sections and its own outdoor patio, a perfect venue for 25-60 people. All bookings also benefit from having the Abbots bar next to the restaurant, so you are never far away from getting that next drink. The bar, snug Abbots restaurant and patio area will all be yours, allowing you to spread out and enjoy your very own venue. 

We have a very large back catalogue of menus, catering for every type of food and budget. However, these are purely a guide and you are welcome to design your very own menu. Available for hire every daytime or evening with a late licence, we offer a totally flexible package on food and drink to suit your celebration.

For funeral buffets, silver weddings, 50th birthday parties, you can even have pictures of the person or event scrolling in the background whilst dining, allowing you and your guests to stroll down memory lane. Our AV technician would be happy to help you transfer any pictures onto a projector presentation before the event.

Darren Marchant, our head chef would be happy to create your very own menu featuring all your favourite dishes, making it a night to remember.
