The Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre have two function rooms for hire which can be used for private parties and special events. If you are looking for a party venue or private dining outside of central Cambridge or Peterborough in order to get a more picturesque setting, our party rooms are ideally located in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, and come equipped with private balconies complete with scenic views.

Our function rooms are perfect for funeral buffets, silver wedding anniversaries and 50th birthday parties, to name a few. All of our audio visual equipment comes with the room hire so you will have full use of our state-of-the-art sound system and our top-of-the-range projectors and screens. This means you can even have pictures of the person or event scrolling in the background whilst dining, allowing you and your guests to stroll down memory lane. Our AV technician would be happy to help you transfer any pictures onto a projector presentation before the event.

The Mizuno Suite overlooks the golf range and golf course with its own private balcony. Measuring 9.5 metres x 8 metres, it can accommodate up to 60 people, depending on the room layout. Along with stunning views, the room offers subdued lighting and a fabulous KEF Audio system for superb background music, making it the perfect choice for that special birthday celebration or dinner party.

The Callaway Suite has a private bar area, a stage and a dance floor and can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated meal or 230 for a buffet, depending on the room layout. The private balcony overlooks the short game area to provide lovely views of the facilities and the Cambridgeshire countryside.

Simon, our head chef, will be happy to create your very own menu featuring all your favourite dishes, making it a night to remember, or you can choose from our packages of canapés, finger foods, hot and cold buffet meals and three course menus.

Private parties

Have you ever wanted to throw a private party to watch your favourite sports team or sporting hero but didn’t want to clean up the mess afterwards? With a wide screen HD projector and KEF surround sound, why not book the Mizuno suite for a private party (up to 60 people) with your friends and enjoy the sports event in your very own cinema.
