Every golfer swings a club differently, so every golfer needs something different from his golf clubs, yet golf clubs only come in a standard length. The best way to ensure that you have the right set of clubs is to have them custom fitted to match your height, your build and the nuances of your swing. When you have a custom fitting, you get the opportunity to try out different lengths and weights of golf clubs made from different materials with different degrees of loft and lie to see how each difference in the feel of a specific golf club affects your swing and how well you connect with the ball.

At the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre, we have designed two new purpose-built fitting centres. One is a Callaway Golf Premier Fitting Centre and the other a Mizuno Regional Fitting Centre.
Both these centres will include a Vector Pro Launch Monitor which uses strobe cameras to make an analysis at the point of impact, club head speed, ball speed, launch angle and spin rate. All these readings allow us to accurately custom fit the customer with the correct club and specification that best suits their game and every conceivable club with all possible shaft, loft, lie and grip options so that we can assess the changes in your stance and your swing with each different club you try. This means that we can custom fit your clubs exactly to the right specification. With shutters on the front of the custom fitting centres, you are also able to see the full ball flight as you can hit the ball out onto golf range rather than just hitting balls into a net and therefore only seeing the initial takeoff of the ball.
This custom fit facility is available for any brand of golf club, so whatever your preference, you can be sure that your clubs will be fitted correctly.
