Our friendly and helpful staff have many year’s combined experience in servicing conferences and are keen to ensure that you are well looked after.

The climate-controlled rooms are set to your requirements, usually in a cabaret, theatre, U-shape or board room layout, but any layout can be arranged. Table mints, iced water and cordials and paper and pens are provided as a matter of course.

On our refreshment table you will find fresh coffee, English tea, a tremendous selection of herbal and fruit teas and decaffeinated teas and coffee – all served with biscuits.

When it comes to our menus, you can expect delicious food whatever the time of your event. For breakfast meetings we have all bases covered, whether your preference is for bacon rolls pastries, or a full English breakfast. Should you require a sandwich, salad or hot buffet, we have a menu to suit – please see our suggested sample menus. Lunch can be taken in the room of your meeting, or you may prefer to adjourn to St. Andrew’s Restaurant or another meeting room (subject to availability). Be assured that we will always make every effort to accommodate your needs and pay great attention to specific dietary requirements.

When it comes to technology, we have all the latest equipment to enable you to run your event directly from your laptop (for details please see individual room specifications). Our knowledgeable staff are on hand to help with any technical issues. Our satellite internet facility provides a fast, reliable and efficient internet connection to give you peace of mind that your day will run effortlessly.
