Our rooms can accommodate any size of event from interviews and board meetings to conferences for up to 200 delegates in theatre-style seating. The larger conference rooms have private balconies and high lux projectors. The smaller meeting rooms are ideal for an intimate board meeting or for conducting interviews as they have their own waiting area with tea and coffee facilities. Our superb banqueting facilities ensure your guests will receive the finest hospitality and our standard licencing hours of 2am ensures that the evening will be not be cut short. Our dedicated Conference and Banqueting Team will be delighted to help you plan the perfect function.
As an added bonus, when you book a meeting room at the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre, your delegates get free use of our golf range and short game area. You can have a break out session while practicing your putting or just let your delegates have a break from the conference schedule on the driving range.
In between sessions, if your guests are not on the golf range or short game area, they can relax with a drink in Abbots Bar or sit on one of the comfy leather sofas in our viewing gallery with a coffee and watch the golf lessons taking place.
